This is to formally inform all members, stakeholders, and the general public of the following leadership changes within Pravasam Trust (Regd):
Resignation of Sh. Murukesh Panayara
Sh. Murukesh Panayara has resigned from his positions as Chairman and Trustee, effective from March 22, 2026. His decision follows an increase in personal commitments and official workload. Due to an ever growing workload and the logistical difficulties of overseeing Trust operations from the UK—specifically the impact of the time difference on his official duties—he has decided to prioritize his evolving professional and personal commitments. The Trust extends its sincere gratitude for his dedicated service and leadership during his tenure.
Appointment of New Chairman
Following a Meeting of the Board of Trustees held on April 5, 2026, the Board is pleased to announce that Sh. Binu Ravindran has been unanimously elected as the new Chairman. Sh. Binu Ravindran has officially assumed his charge with immediate effect.
